Unacceptable that fries are cold & soft. Spoke to the staff and replaced with a hot one. It seems better food quality control is required. Staff is generally helpful and polite.

food was gooood somehow the chicken stays crispy after long time but good la nice chicken just thinner than i expected from the advertised pic, the dipping (garlic mayo?) is ok too will try burger and chicken next visit

First time trying Jollibee, it exceeded my expectation. Food was awesome - I had fried chicken, spaghetti, mashed potatoes and fries. Saw on tiktok someone highly recommended the spaghetti and it was so good. Staff service was alright. Would definitely come here again if possible.

Surprised the chickens portion big. We ordered 5 pieces bucket, didn't wait long time for the food to be served, the chicken still warm and not dry. Only downside, the wash basin area is very wet and unhygienic.

A simple lunch before flying off Chicken was crispy on the outside and still very juicy and tender. The meat can be pulled into strands which means it's fresh when cooked and most likely double cooked. Cooked in pressure cooker before deep-frying.. We had Spicy option but it wasn't that Spicy 🔥 anyway, we would wanted more spice into it. Coleslaw and Mash was 👍.

Finally get the chance to savor the taste of Philippine fast food, Jollibee. Nothing much to shout about but a new fast food choices other than the regulars. Have a try with your kids and family. They might love fall in love with.

I had a fantastic experience at Jollibee restaurant! The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options that satisfied my cravings perfectly. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure my visit was enjoyable from start to finish. The lively and welcoming atmosphere added to the overall enjoyment of the meal. The average waiting time for the food is around 5-10 minutes. The price is comparable to McDonald's. The size of the burgers and fries are pathetically small, almost the size of a kids meal. The taste of burgers is not as good as McDonald's, in my opinion. Seatings are limited and customers almost always have to wait for their seats. Overall 3-stars dining experience.
